Domenica 06/03/12 si è svolta la riunione con cena degli associati alle Officine Croma http://www.officinecroma.it/ con l'occasione davanti ad un pubblico di 'addetti ai lavori' ho fatto una piccola demo tecnica del sistemino laser.
Ovviamente la luce è sempre troppa ed il fumo troppo poco comunque il sistema ha emesso alcuni vagiti nonostante tutto l'applicativo fosse montato su un semplice netbook da 200€ e anche le latenze sono state dignitose.
Scartato FruityLoop per il peso, Il software designato per l'emissione è stato LMMS http://lmms.sourceforge.net/download.php piuttosto veloce, sto provando anche Synthedit che pare molto valido anch'esso.
Sto studiando un modo per convogliare il fumo in maniera più diretta verso i raggi e per renderlo meno sensibile ai movimenti atmosferici.

Il laser è un misero 15mW, penso di acquistarne un'altro di almeno 200-250mW per poter avere maggiore visibilità anche in presenza di luci, l'ideale sarebbe un laser intorno ai 400mW ma il costo di un simile prodotto è abbastanza elevato per un progetto hobbistico.
